In May 2015, the Lean Kanban North America conference took place in Miami, FL, United States, and I had the pleasure to speak there as well. The presentations were videotaped, but I totally missed that they were “already” published. But now there it is, highly officially my talk – in color and colorful!
“Blockers – Treasure of Improvement” was my title. This sounds very similar to my LKCE14 talk I gave together with Troy Magennis in Hamburg. The core has remained the same, only that I allowed myself to learn. In Miami I presented my last stand of error about blocker clustering:
-
Clustering blockers
-
Improvements because of Bugs
-
Improvements becaue of Rework
-
Solving the right cluster
-
Cluster Heuristics
-
Economic simulations
I had real fun on stage and I think you can see it in the video. One can also notice that I spoke at the LeanUX conference in New York only shortly before this talk – the “Fucks per minute” count was quite high ;-)[youtube_dd id=’x3iSCJkQtwU’ fullscreen_button=’1′ modestbranding=’1′ controls=’1′][/youtube_dd]
