In April 2015, I had the pleasure of speaking at one of the best conferences that I have ever taken part in. The LeanUX 2015 in Brooklyn, New York City. The exciting thing about the LeanUX: 1 track, 1 room, 500 people – the energy of all 500 conference participants was omnipresent in the room and did not dissipate into numerous parallel sessions. And that in itself was a truly unique experience. I also noticed it during my talk – I rarely had so much fun up on stage. My proof of this is the video “Essential Lean Kanban” in which I quickly present the six practices:
Make work visible
Limit the work in progress
Manage flow
Make policies explicit
Establish feedback loops
You are allowed to think
